Serving StoneHaven, Clearwater Point and The Glen at StoneHaven since 1982

Our Community
In 1982, Ward Stone's Magnolia Corporation recorded Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for the original StoneHaven subdivision and began selling lots.
The Clearwater Point at StoneHaven subdivision followed in 1986, then a third subdivision christened as The Glen at StoneHaven in 1991.
These three subdivisions now form one community, a comfortable and convenient residential oasis near the Southern Appalachian foothills, a major university, and three magnificent lakes.

Get to Know Our CC&R's
Each owner purchases property in our community subject to the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions recorded in the Oconee County Register of Deeds.
This essential document grants rights and responsibilities to the association's board and property owners, all of whom need to read and heed.
Yacht Club
StoneHaven Yacht Club, Inc. is a not-for-profit club and incorporated independently of StoneHaven Association, Inc. Our 20 members each own a slip at the club’s dock, just off 158 StoneHaven Way.
A board of your neighbors oversees the club's property and operation. Each yacht club member has an equal share in the docking facility and gangway.
Only members of StoneHaven Association, Inc.
may own slips. Association members may buy and sell slips among themselves as they wish.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers limits this facility to 20 slips
and permits no further additions.
Questions? Contact Glenn McCants, Ray Billingsley or Bill Hurst. We have much to tell you about boating on Lake Hartwell and across our region's wealth of waterways.
The StoneHaven Yacht Club Now Offers Affiliate Memberships Affiliate memberships allow access to the dock for launching and retrieving kayaks and similar small craft.
